For the second year, this protocol takes place at the ringing station. This programm concerns the follow-up of the staging. In order words, it helps to evaluate how good the sites used by the migratory species are, in order for them to rest and constitute their fats reserves before continuing their trip to the breeding sites.
88 birds were captured this morning, with a really good weather for this first ringing session.
Chiffchaffs and blackcaps were the species we trapped most.
New species should arrive soon, in the next days...
